Content Policy

Filmustage AI features, including AI Storyboards, are designed exclusively for professional film pre-production workflows. This includes script breakdowns, shot lists, scheduling, budgeting, and previsualization (storyboards and shot previews).

We are committed to ensuring safe, responsible, and compliant use of AI. By using our platform, users agree to follow the policy outlined below.  

1. Permitted Use

  • Generate previsualization content (images and short videos) for storyboarding and shot planning.
  • Upload only scripts, cast references, props, or location images that you are authorized to use.
  • Use outputs strictly for professional production planning, not for consumer entertainment or personal distribution.

2. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload or attempt to generate content that includes:

  • Sexual, violent, hateful, or abusive material.
  • Content that violates intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
  • Political propaganda, misinformation, or harassment.
  • Any use that conflicts with OpenAI, Google, or Filmustage’s acceptable use standards.

3. Data Security & Privacy

Filmustage follows strict data protection practices for all users and all subscription tiers.

Customer data is never used for AI model training.

We do not use your scripts, images, videos, or any other uploaded materials to train, fine-tune, or improve AI or machine learning models.

Inference-only processing

All AI features operate only in inference mode. Your content is processed solely to generate the results you requested and is never added to any training dataset.

Third-party AI providers

When Filmustage, Inc. uses third-party AI providers (such as Google or OpenAI), all requests are sent with configurations that do not allow training, dataset creation, or long-term data retention using your content. These providers process your data only to return the requested output.

Secure processing and storage

  • All processing occurs within secure, isolated environments on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Input data is processed in-session only; no persistent storage occurs unless required for feature functionality or your project.
  • Scripts and other assets are stored securely and are never reused for internal research, dataset building, or model improvement.

We comply with SOC 2 and TPN standards.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

Filmustage maintains logs of AI usage for auditing and anomaly detection.

Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access.
