Referral Program Terms

In this page, you will find the Terms & Conditions of the Filmustage Referral Program called "Filmustage Fellowship".

1. Terms Introduction

Thank you for your interest in the Filmustage Referral Program! This agreement is designed to protect you, Filmustage, and our customers. Please read thoroughly. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]. This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Filmustage Referral Program. In this agreement, the term "Referral" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, "Filmustage" refers to Filmustage Inc., with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Filmustage Referral Program, you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

2. Commissions

For a sale to generate a commission to a Referral, the customer must complete the upgrade to a paid plan on Filmustage. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer uses a correct promo code. Entered promo codes are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.

3. Payment

To give time for refunds, the commissions are payable 30 days after the payment is made by a customer.

4. Refunds

In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Referral has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.

5. Usage and Obligations

Referrals are permitted to use the Filmustage brand and marketing resources available in the Press Kit section of the Filmustage website. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Referral does not gain any trademark, copyright, or any other rights to these materials. The Referral will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Filmustage. The Referral will never represent themselves, Filmustage, or their relationship with Filmustage in a false or misleading way. The Referral will never use advertising to promote their Referral links directly only if it was not agreed with the Filmustage team. The Referral will never bid for advertisements that compete with Filmustage. The Referral will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email mentioning or referencing Filmustage. The Referral is not permitted to refer themselves or someone in their company or office. The Referral is not permitted to create an account on behalf of someone else.

6. Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice. If the Referral terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Filmustage will be paid for any past or future customer transactions. If Filmustage chooses to terminate the agreement, the remaining balance will be paid to the affiliate within 60 days of termination. In case Filmustage terminates the agreement for violation of the terms and conditions, the commissions will not be paid or owed.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.

8. Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Referral Program rules.
